Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute innovative marketing and public relations strategies that effectively position OSL Group Limited as a leader in the digital asset industry. This includes identifying target audiences, defining key messages, and determining the most effective channels for reaching and engaging them.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels. This includes managing brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual assets.
  • Digital Marketing: Drive the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the web 3 industry to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Public Relations: Develop and execute proactive public relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation and thought leadership position. This includes building and maintaining relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality content across various channels, including website, blog, social media, whitepapers, press releases, and thought leadership articles. Ensure content is compelling, engaging, and aligned with the company's brand voice and messaging.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement a robust analytics framework to track the effectiveness of marketing and public relations initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing and public relations, with a proven track record of success in both web 3 industry and traditional marketing roles.
  • Web 3 Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the web 3 industry, including blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and other emerging trends. Familiarity with the unique marketing challenges and opportunities within the web 3 ecosystem.
  • Traditional Marketing Expertise: Strong background in traditional marketing practices, including brand management, digital marketing, content development, public relations, and campaign execution. Ability to apply traditional marketing principles and best practices to the web 3 industry.
  • Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing and public relations plans that align with business objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated experience leading and managing a high-performing marketing and public relations team. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and executive leadership.
