Responsibilities
  • Devise credit card spending stimulation and merchant promotion strategies and plans for different segments to drive credit card sales, mobile payment penetration and active card penetration that are in line with the business targets.
  • Be accountable for the end-to-end execution of the market programs, from merchant liaison, mechanics design, proposals preparation, liaison with internal departments, offer fulfillment, marketing communication development (eg promotional eDM and SMS, mobile app and social media, POSM, advertisement, internal staff communications), and post-program evaluations etc.
  • Closely monitor business performance and propose catch-up plans and actions whenever appropriate
  • Develop and maintain strong network and rapport with business partners
  • Collaborate with different internal departments including Corporate Communication, Segment, Legal and Compliance, IT, Customer services, etc. to ensure the programs will be carried out smoothly and maximize the use of the Bank's communication channels to optimize business results
  • Handle customer enquiries and fulfillment related to marketing programs
  • Manage and monitor budget of marketing programs, and handle payment settlement with vendors and finance department
Requirements
  • Degree holder in communications marketing or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 6-8 years of marketing experience, previous exposure in credit card business would be an advantage
  • Strong business acumen with excellent project management, problem solving, communication and analytical skills
  • Be creative, flexible, well-organized, detailed minded to get the job done under the tight timeline
  • Applicants for the above position must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English, and be competent in MS Office applications.
