Wholesale Banking - Wholesale Chief Operating Officer's Office
Our Wholesale Chief Operating Officer's Office is dedicated to manage non-financial risk, drive digital and transformation strategic execution, analyses big data and market opportunities, oversee customer due diligence, as well as provide business management support for wholesale banking. The team plays a key role in enabling high performance, mitigation of potential risk, promoting digital transformation to drive our business forward.

We are currently seeking high caliber individual to join us as Senior Manager, Change Portfolio Management.

Principal Responsibilities
The principal accountability of Senior Manager, Change Portfolio Management is to carry out annual financial resource planning, change portfolio and risk management, governance and oversight activities.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Account for preparation of portfolio reports, financial updates and other ad-hoc requests from Head of Transformation
• Orchestrate annual financial planning, assist in project prioritization and funding pitch
• Assure change portfolio performance, milestones tracking, costs and benefits against baseline plan
• Assist Head of Transformation to build a team with strong business sense and transformation/ consultancy skills, implement strong change governance in accordance with Global change management framework, fostering continuous improvement and collaborations at all levels and with all stakeholder groups
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
Requirements
• University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of banking experience, preferably in a change environment as PMO/PM
• Proven experience and skills in effective communications, stakeholder engagement and the production of written work
• Understanding of Group's change management methodology and initiative management tools
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Strong attention to details and multi-tasking skills
• Able to work to meet tight deadlines and adhering to high standards
