C ommercial Banking - Wholesale Client Coverage Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.
For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as
Senior Manager, CRE Relationship Management. Principal responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate customers according to the Bank's latest strategic direction with aim to achieve common goals
- Monitor risks in the portfolio through analyzing the portfolio performance, identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate risk management strategies.
- Work closely with Real Estate Finance Team in deal structuring and underwriting
- Work closely with Credit Risk Team in risk identification, risk mitigation and risk management
- Achieve various business targets and contribute to the team performance
- Conduct regular review and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality
- Ensure all relevant control measures are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to junior members
Requirements - University degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in commercial lending or relationship management in corporate banking, preferably relevant experience in real estate financing, construction financing and loan syndication
- Good knowledge in local CRE market landscape
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, strong writing skills in English a must.
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
