Job Summary: The Process Control Senior will be responsible for documenting, analyzing, and improving the organization's processes. This role will work closely with various departments to understand their processes, create visual representations of the process flow, and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Job Duties: Responsibilities: - Document and analyze the organization's processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Create visual representations of process flow using flowcharting tools.
- Work closely with various departments to understand their processes and gather information.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
- Continuously review and update process documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in flowcharting tools such as Visio, Lucidchart or other process flow documentation software
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Experience in project management and change management is a plus.
