As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:-
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to manage new and existing compliance policy drafting
- Consolidate feedbacks from various internal stakeholders and incorporate changes into a standardized policy format
- Coordinate compliancy policy approval process by liaising with cross departments regionally
- Update existing policies accordingly from time to time into an internal standardised format
- Facilitate the resolution of the compromised feedbacks by various departments during the approval process
- Consistently manage the timeline effectively to ensure a timely implementation of policies to internal staffs
To be considered for this role as a Compliance Manager, you possess the following:-
- At least 5 years relevant experience in a reputable global financial institution, insurance is an advantage
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines
- Excellent command of spoken English with exceptionally well written English
- Solid understanding about Compliance within financial institutions
- Project management experience in a large enterprise environment is a plus
- Proven experience in building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
