A Well Established Corporate Bank is looking for a Senior Officer (Maker to Checker level) with solid working experience to join their Credit Documentation team.
Your new role
- Draft and prepare standard and review non-standard corporate loans documentation (Syndication & Bilateral);
- Provide bilateral and syndication loans documentation and support for the loan administration;
- Prepare loan agreements and collateral documents;
- Assisting in system projects, clerical tasks and admin work;
- Handle and respond to enquiries from internal/external partners/customers on service and loan processing of related matters;
- Ensure daily execution of loan documentation and compliance in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience with corporate loans documentation and credit administration;
- Bachelor Degree holder with relevant working experience;
- Solid experience in corporate loan documentation such as bilateral loan and syndication loan;
- Experience of non-standard loan documentation;
