The Role - Engage in user research and testing to validate design solutions and guide future design choices.
- Quickly generate concepts and develop interactive designs.
- Create high-quality deliverables, including user journeys, user flows, wireframes, UI mock-ups, and prototypes for digital platforms and products.
- Uphold design standards by establishing and maintaining consistent product design principles that align with modern web and mobile application best practices.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs can be implemented effectively, considering technical requirements.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to gather continuous feedback and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
Your Profile - Possess a degree in Multimedia, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of industry experience in UX Design.
- Exhibit strong skills in user interface design for web and mobile applications.
- Utilize data and insights to guide best practices in content production.
- Showcase proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Axure.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
- Display expertise in multi-channel and platform design, encompassing mobile, tablet, and desktop.
- Have prior experience working in agile environments.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and produce detailed documentation for various teams.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
- Exposure to the Chinese and global markets, as well as knowledge of digital trends, is a valuable asset.
