We're looking for an experienced vice president/executive director to join our Recruiting Team and use their skills and market knowledge to bring the best professionals into the firm for our revenue producing businesses.
OUR IMPACT
The Recruiting Team determines hiring needs, creates sourcing strategies and manages full life cycle recruiting. We drive initiatives for creative sourcing strategies to ensure the firm has a diverse recruitment pipeline. We present clients with thoughtful options based on intimate knowledge of the business, drive recruiting events and build and maintain strong relationship with various organizations and diversity groups to assist in non-traditional recruiting venues. We network internally and externally to develop and maintain candidate pipelines and partner with search firms to maximize their service to our account.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage searches for open positions and oversee candidate flow and communication for hiring managers
  • Work together with HCM Business Partners on divisional people processes, client requests and the offer process
  • Build relationships with the assigned division's hiring managers to advise on market conditions, competitor information and diversity objectives
  • Act as a true divisional advisor on all aspects of experienced hiring including direct sourcing initiatives, diversity programs, internal mobility and the employee referral program
  • Take ownership of divisional recruiting and independently manage all aspects of vendor engagement, budget and recruiting strategy
  • Provide management reports and analysis to divisional management
  • Proactively keep up to date, understand and map the availability of divisional talent in the industry
  • Work with the wider Talent Acquisition Team to develop and execute our Firmwide recruitment strategy
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • At least eight years of recruiting/search experience in fast-paced, dynamic organizations
  • Expertise within Investment Banking ideally with exposure to front office roles
  • This role will help us source professionals into our organization across APAC region. As such excellent communication skills in written and spoken English are preferred
  • Strong client focus, service orientation and relationship building skills
