Your role As a SCU Client Advisor (CA), you will be responsible for the accounts transferred to you for exit purposes. This includes following up with clients on top up/closure instructions (eg. Your role
As a SCU Client Advisor (CA), you will be responsible for the accounts transferred to you for exit purposes. This includes following up with clients on top up/closure instructions (eg. Execution of securities and forex transactions to facilitate account closure).

You will:
•Act as the primary or secondary point of contact for the clients; manage daily administration, client servicing and attend to compliance requirements.
•Be the liaison between the various Operational sub-teams to ensure smooth account closure
•Ensure strict compliance and legal guidelines are adhered to with all internal policies and external regulations; ensure the occurrence of errors and operational problems is minimized and promptly & properly document any issues that occur

Your team
You will report functionally to the APAC (HK / SG) SCU team

Your expertise
•Prior experience in dealing with Wealth Management clients or platforms, ideally for at least 5 years. Credit Suisse experience and/or in UBS' contexts / environments with familiarity to processes / systems preferred
•Client-oriented mentality with good interpersonal skills
Ability to set priorities and to work independently in a fast moving environment
•Organised and systematic individual who pays attention to details and accuracy
•Experience in the financial services industry (Overall know-how of banking products and processing areas)
•Degree from a university or institute of higher education or equivalent advanced training (on-the-job and off-the-job)
•Good system knowledge of T24 (preferred)
•Language proficiencies in English, Mandarin and / or Cantonese, based in Singapore / Hong Kong in order to support local clients base
