We are looking for high-calibre individuals to join the Risk Management Department to serve the HKMC Group.
Job Descriptions:
- Support the implementation of ESG strategy and risk management;
- Conduct various ESG risk assessment and analysis under the regulatory requirements and market practices;
- Carry out climate risk scenario analysis and stress testing;
- Set up and enhance ESG risk management framework;
- Formulate and track the ESG targets and metrics;
- Compile ESG risk reporting (e.g. TCFD report); and
- Conduct research to keep abreast of regulatory requirements and best market practices.
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in risk management, ESG or finance;
- Possession of professional qualification (e.g. SCR) is preferable;
- A minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 2 years in the field of ESG risk management or related discipline;
- Good understanding of ESG risk management in local or international regulatory requirements;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Analytical, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility;
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel; and
- Knowledge in other programming language(s) is an advantage.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Manager.
