The Role:
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT security strategies, policies, and procedures
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and assess risk levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of security requirements into system
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in IT security.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to members of the IT security team.
Experience Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Security
- In-depth knowledge of IT security principles, practices, frameworks, and technologies.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
