A leading local insurance firm is looking for an experienced digital ambassador with strong general insurance product knowledge to drive digital initiatives
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with agents and brokers to define, execute and monitor the firm's digital strategies
- Provide training sessions and address digital queries from participants to onboard agents and brokers, facilitate the launch of new products and features on digital platforms
- Create regular digital communications and provide tips to agents and brokers
- Gather feedback from agents and brokers to improve the digital experience
- Conduct market research on the latest digital trends in the insurance industry
- Assist IT team in designing and developing digital solutions
- Support internal digital inquiries and suggest enhancements
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or an accredited insurance professional qualification
- Strong knowledge in general insurance products
- Familiar with digital technologies including tools and platforms
- Great communication skills in Cantonese and English
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and excellent customer service skills
- Experience of running workshops and conducting training independently
- Self-motivated and capable of delivering results with minimal supervision
