Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supporting Windows client workstations, mobile solutions, corporate client machine management, Avaya PABX system, MS Teams Room, endpoint security protection software, client software, and advanced client tools.
About you:
* Proficient in Inventory and Asset Management
* Experienced in Secure File Transfer Systems
* Solid expertise in server and system software products
* Diploma/High Diploma in Information Technology or related fields
* Advanced certifications such as MCSE and CCNA are desirable
* Preference given to candidates holding MCSE/MCSA/MCITP or relevant certifications
* Holding an ITIL Certification is advantageous
What the client would love to see:
* 1-3 years of comprehensive experience in End User Services and solutions
* Experience in the banking or financial services industry would be beneficial
* Microsoft, VMWare, and ITIL training would be advantageous
