A large insurance company is looking to hire an IT Service Desk Officer to join their team - the ability to speak Cantonese is a must.
About you: - Ability to speak Cantonese and English
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Proficiency with SaaS ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and JAMF Pro.
- Strong technical knowledge of workstation hardware, software applications, printers, iOS, smartphones, tablets, and network-related services.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with end-users and support teams.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and incident management processes.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Key Resposibilities: * Manage workstation setup and relocation procedures.
* Provide IT support for conference room setup and troubleshooting.
* Escalate issues to higher-level support when necessary.
* Contribute knowledge through creating articles, delivering training, and facilitating forums.
* Collaborate with Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and support teams.
* Generate accurate reports to communicate performance metrics and SLA compliance.
* Execute additional assigned IT tasks as needed.
* Coordinate with vendors and facility teams to promptly resolve meeting room device issues.
* Maintain comprehensive inventory and documentation of meeting room equipment.
* Support and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop access and associated challenges.
