Our client is a global financial institution, offering comprehensive range of financial products and services. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the largest Asian securities brokerage. With its global network and international client bases, the firm has global network in coordination with overseas offices and branches within its holding company.

Exciting new role for you

You will be belonged to Investment Banking Dept as Middle/BackOffice function and directly report to Japanese Regional Head.

Main duty is regularly update and maintain IB transactions database (master file) in order to develop various reports. You prepare and submit monthly reports/revenue forecast reports/pipeline reports to various counter-parties. Often communicate with overseas branches and Japan Head Office.

アジア統括ヘッドのもと、マスターファイルを更新、月間レポート・収益見込みなどの定期レポートの準備および送付・予算準備および各拠点からのデータ集計、関係部署との連携などを担う。投資銀行ビジネスの収益把握（財務会計および管理会計）、クレジットメモの作成および関係部署への通知や、各海外拠点別・プロダクト別のデータ分析や集計などを手掛ける。

Requirements

• Proficient in Japanese for reporting to Japan Head office and English is must

• At least 3 years relevant experience in Management Accounting/Financial report related in any industry. Work experience in finance department or financial control team is plus

• Proficient in using MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc) especially Excel
• Knowledge of basic Accounting is a plus
• Committed, self-motivated, posses good communication and interpersonal skills

• 関連職種経験がある方（業界不問）
• ビジネスレベルの英語と日本語必須（日本オフィスへの報告が出来るレベル）
• MSオフィス（Excel/PowerPoint/Word）、特にExcelが得意な方（Vlookup/If/Sumif/Countif関数が使えることに加え、ピボットテーブルやグラフの知識があれば尚可。
• 会計知識がある方はなお可。
• 責任感と自主性、拠点間・部署間の円滑なやりとりができる、柔軟性と対応力必須
