Fund Operations Associate

A leading systematic trading firm hiring for a Fund operation Associate to handle daily issue resolution for breaks and reconciliation queries across all of their funds. You will review the daily reconciliation of cash, transactions, and positions. You'll be managing trade bookings and overseeing the entire trade life cycle of positions. You'll serve as a central point of contact for resolving operational issues with internal stakeholders.

  • Holding a degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Having 3-6 years of relevant experience in the Finance industry. (Preferably Fixed income fund background) 
  • Previous experience in the Buy Side would be advantageous.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge in Bonds, IRS, FX, Options, Equities, and Futures.
  • Having experience in process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Being self-motivated with a positive and proactive mindset.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills.
