As a Financial Reporting Senior Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS 17 standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 0-3 years of experience in financial reporting to enhance their skills and contribute to a dynamic industry. Responsibilities: * Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IFRS 17 standards * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data for reporting purposes * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies * Support the implementation and maintenance of financial reporting systems and processes * Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance * Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Conduct research and stay updated on emerging accounting standards and regulations * Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Strong understanding of IFRS 17 standards and their application in the insurance industry * Knowledge of financial reporting principles and practices * 0-3 years of experience in financial reporting or related roles * Big 4 audit experience is an advantage * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting software * Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Effective communication and interpersonal skills
