The Job: - Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to address customers' requests about life insurance policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service, aiming for first contact resolution and adhering to set response timelines.
- Handle escalated cases, including complaints or special requests from team members or brokers.
- Provide support to customers through hotline and live chat, addressing inquiries about group and individual policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as generating reports and handling correspondences.
The Person: - Previous experience in a customer service role in the insurance industry.
- Experience in handling life insurance hotline is preferred
- Must have IIQE Paper 1 & 3
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and chinese.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
