As Sub-regional Consulting Lead, you are responsible for driving performance from end-to-end by leading a team of consultants in North Asia. You will be accountable in driving a globalized vision and deliver best practices for Customer Consulting within your sub-region whilst collaborating across the different regional teams of Customer Consulting and the different stakeholders in the wider SAM organization, Product & Proposition Teams, Technology and Support. You will also be responsible for delivering best practices in pre-sales to post-sales activities by using large pool of resources, whilst adhering to Solutions Governance Framework. This position will report to the Regional Consulting Lead North APAC

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates end-end operations of providing consulting resource capabilities to the opportunities being raised ensuring customer centricity for services provided.
  • Consults and partners with members of the team to craft solutions for our clients.
  • Implements the strategy to drive the end-to-end sales and delivery effort of the Group and improves efficiency of the entire sub-region.
  • Partners with different team members like Account Management, Proposition Sales, Solutions Hub, Proposition & Product, Technology etc to ensure collaboration for shared goals and accountability that clients are satisfied with their products and services.
  • Takes an innovative and forward-thinking approach identify and resolve potential issues of processes, products of service improvements.
  • Coaches and develops colleagues within the team.
  • Bringing the team on-board with the Customer Consulting vision, and driving inclusivity and partnership across the team, and peers, to achieve goals and ambitions.
Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the China sub-regional Customer Consulting Team
  • Member of the North APAC SAM Leadership Team
  • Member of North APAC Consulting Leadership Team
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in managing a team, ideally within a matrix environment.
  • Extensive software consulting coupled project/program management experience.
  • Extensive industry knowledge in the Data & Feeds, Workflow and Risk Intelligence sectors.
  • Have a customer centric focus and has external client facing experience.
  • A strong consultative approach and hands-on experience with various technologies & data solutions commonly used in the Financial Services Industry
  • Consistent track record of delivering or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and growing product sales environment.
  • Outstanding leadership and team development skills and ability to drive a high sense of unity with the ability to help employees realize potential.
  • Demonstrable experience in driving equity and inclusivity.
  • High ability to influence key stakeholders, including the C-Suite, who will be able to guide others to the adoption of difficult positions to advance company interests.
  • Integrates industry trends, personal and peer experience to lead and accelerate team sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI or other capabilities to advise decisions.
