Your new company is a top-tier PRC private equity fund with a substantial presence in Hong Kong. Due to strong fund performance and recent fund-raising for the USD fund, they are currently looking to hire a fund accountant / senior fund accountant for their Hong Kong team.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for:
- Accounting duties relating to the fund, SPVs and Co-investments
- Quarterly investor reporting
- Annual fund financial reporting
- GP Reporting
- Waterfall Calculations
- Capital Calls / Distribution
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need a minimum of 3 years of relevant private equity / venture capital fund accounting experience.
