My client is a top tier investment bank in Hong Kong and they are currently hiring for Team Admin to be part of a few teams in supporting several upcoming projects.
Your Role
- Manage and maintain challenging calendars
- Coordinating meetings, marketing schedule and organizing events with local and overseas colleagues
- Arrange travel, including travel visas, transportation, accommodations, transfers and expense reports
- Provide organizational support, including the ordering of supplies and equipment for the departments
- Manage care of settlement of accounts, processing invoices and expenses
- Responsible for ad hoc support tasks, such as assisting with onboarding of new team members
Requirements needed
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as team assistant in a fast-paced, global environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
- organized, detail orientated and adaptable, flexible with a can-do attitude and willingness to be a part of and support a broader EA team
