Responsibilities:
- Provide reliable systems support for our trading floor, ensuring seamless operation throughout the working day.
- Efficiently administer and maintain all hardware and software technologies comprising our systems infrastructure, utilized by APAC
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data backups for both user data and critical system data.
- Contribute to the implementation of global and local system projects, actively participating in initiatives such as price model upgrades, compliance and regulatory applications, and more.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams in New York and London
- Engage with stakeholders, fostering relationships with key individuals both Infrastructure, Network, Application teams and vendors.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Strong knowledge of MS Windows 10/11, MS Office applications, MS Domain Infrastructure, MS Server
- Knowledge of IT Security or Information Risk Management, Networking, and Cybersecurity is beneficial
- Previous experience working in banking/ finance/ trading floor environment
- Familiarity with systems such as IPC DealerBoard, Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon, Citrix Remote Access, and iPhone operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure, enhance technical knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required. Fluent in Cantonese is a big plus
