Job Duties - Manage Agile PM practices with an in house development team. Setup iteration planning, retrospective, standup, meetings etc.
- Help team to provide better estimations based on issue complexities. Create burn-up/burn down charts.
- Assist with managing product space
- Conduct user story and create tasks based on those.
- Ensure tracking reflects current workload.
- Coach teams on Agile frameworks.
- Work with executives and stakeholders to guide the team on effective timelines.
- Create weekly executive reports tracking status for product.
Requirements - 6+ Years of Project Management/Business analyst experience in a technology driven role.
- Knowledgeable about Agile concepts
- Good understanding of software development life cycles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in financial services a plus
- Knowledge of Events Management Systems a big plus but not necessary.
