Regional Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for finance and accounting functions and partnering with Business Leaders to add value to the regional business
• Supervise the accounting team to perform daily accounts payable and receivables functions
• Prepare annual budget, cash flow forecast and business projections
• Handle annual financial audits and corporate tax and oversee the statutory compliance and corporate governance
• Review systems and procedures to establish SOP and improvement plans
• Prepare periodic financial reports and analysis highlighting key financial and business trends / results for senior management discussion
• Development and tracking of Sales teams performance metrics including Activity KPIs, Revenue KPIs, People / HR metrics
• Developing short term and long term financial modelling and business scenarios to support business growth
• Cooperating with the finance team to strengthen internal controls
• Prepare quarterly expense analysis for Senior Management and advise business units on expense related issues
• Prepare ad-hoc business intelligence reports, analysis and modelling for senior management as required
• Drive continuous improvement to support efficient forecast / planning process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, or related disciplines; CPA or equivalent
• 8 years of financial management experience for HK and APAC regions
• A solid background from consulting service industries
• Proven track record of leading Accounting Teams across regions
• Proficiency in data modelling and excel spreadsheets
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
