Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities:
• Tailor communication channels for our mass market SME clients, ensuring alignment with SME banking industry standards.
• Execute channel policies and SOPs with a focus on regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Track the performance and effectiveness of communications, analyzing metrics relevant to SME banking products and services.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience by understanding SME banking needs and providing tailored digital solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on terms and conditions and related clearances, ensuring alignment with SME banking regulations and guidelines.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns specifically targeted at SME clients, aiming to increase product adoption and customer engagement.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving digital customer journey for SME clients, leveraging industry trends and competitor analysis.
• Conduct regular tracking of digital communication channels to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with SME banking regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with the sales teams and digital teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or customer experience roles, preferably in the SME banking industry.
• Strong understanding of communication channels and digital marketing strategies relevant to SME banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with SME clients effectively.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and product development teams.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
