Your New Role
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the team to deliver IT application development, testing and management activities
- Manage 3rd party vendors for development and testing
- Review and formulate overall quality assurance/testing strategy

- Ability to assess and evaluate risks and understand the implications of new technologies
- Strong 3rd party management skills
- Ability to absorb complex technical information and communicate effectively
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in Solution architecture, IT Delivery, Quality Assurance and testing of systems e.g. Sinosoft, LIS, LifeAsia, Capsil, Ingenium
- Project management e.g. PMP, Scrum and testing (e.g. ISTQB)
- Solid experience in IT and project delivery
