Portfolio Management Associate - Top PE fund house

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, track, and analyze actual, proforma, and budget financials for a portfolio of 15+ privately held and publicly listed companies.
• Maintain the collected financial data on a portfolio monitoring platform.
• Prepare quarterly co-investment reports for co-investors and handle ad-hoc and quarterly data requests related to funds' performance and portfolio companies' financials and valuation.
• Calculate daily mark-to-market value for public investments and prepare weekly valuation reports and market updates on listed investments for distribution to the investment and portfolio management committees.
• Support the team in liaising with the external auditor by sourcing supporting documents for the valuation, ownership, and holding structure of portfolio companies.
• Construct valuation bridges for portfolio companies based on the investment teams' requests to facilitate portfolio discussions.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Prefer candidates with transaction services / M&A / deals advisory related experience in Big 4, candidates with relevant experience would also be considered
• Strong analytical skills and experience in financial analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
