They are now seeking for a Recruitment Manager to support the expansion hiring needs, you will be responsible to support the end to end recruitment process to all levels of employees within APAC Region, candidate with 8 years+ experience in Manufacturing or Internet background is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to build diverse talent pipelines and track talent efficiently.
  • Foster communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, providing guidance to hiring managers.
  • Proactively source talent, including executive searches and engaging with passive candidates.
  • Manage recruitment projects, identify operational efficiencies, and drive change implementation.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and measure effectiveness.
  • Cultivate external relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and industry partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of talent sourcing and acquisition experience, preferably in the Manufacturing or Internet industry.
  • Quick learner with strong research, evaluation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders and manage their expectations.
  • Proficiency in recruitment strategies, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English and Mandarin is a must.
