Our client, an international bank is looking a VP, event marketing to join the team.
About the job:
- Own event-related initiatives - content development, event planning, formatting of speaker slides, budgeting, translation, time management, onsite support, event measurement and reporting.
- Drive business strategy and identify target audience, tailor a comprehensive event marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Build stakeholder engagement across business functions, event partners and with global and regional team
- Oversee the development of event agendas with business partners including interaction with internal and external speakers, entertainment and venue research, audio visual requirements, and briefing memos.
- Understand current and future business needs, follow industry trends to understand new or related content. Be the reliable advisor to business partners managing changing strategic priorities and stakeholder requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing or event planning, experience in financial industry is an advantage
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- Excellent stakeholder management across different levels with a strategic mind-set
- Excellent English communication skills, and fluency in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin would be an advantage
- Strong academic background with exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills
