The Role - Develop and maintain governance guidelines and quality control for regional Life claims Team.
- Coordinate and produce reports for senior management on key performance indicators and market insights.
- Enhance claims infrastructure for improved functionality.
- Manage centralized database for product risk management.
- Analyze data to identify portfolio trends and coordinate further analysis.
- Research and report on industry developments and product innovation.
- Develop training materials based on client needs and emerging topics.
- Provide expert opinions on client case referrals and ensure policy compliance.
- Assist in conducting Claims Review/Audits and suggest operational improvements.
- Handle ad-hoc and ongoing projects
Your Profile - Tertiary qualification
- understanding of life and health insurance
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Solid claims experience in insurance or reinsurance.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
