The Role - Deliver digital projects as project manager role with appropriate methodology (Agile or Waterfall)
- Understand business need, elicit requirements with multiple stakeholders, prepare user requirement documents
- Identify valuable data sources and collaborate with IT team and data engineers to automate data pipeline
- Collaborate with finance teams to develop forecasting models, scenario analysis, and predictive analytics capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify relevant business metrics and establish efficient data collection and reporting mechanisms
Your Profile - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field. A master's degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics and financial analysis preferably within the insurance industry
- Strong numerical acumen with knowledge in management reporting and data analytics project
- Experience in Digital, eCommerce, CRM or Big Data projects is preferable
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools, such as SAS, Python, SQL, Databricks on Azure Cloud
