The Role - Test Planning and Execution: Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Oversee the execution of test cases , ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Bug Reporting and Documentation: effectively document and report bugs by providing clear and concise information. Review bug reports and offer suggestions for improvement.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to a group of fresh graduates as they develop their skills in manual testing. Assist them in understanding testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Quality Assurance Processes: Educate the fresh graduates about quality assurance processes, emphasizing the importance of thorough testing, defect prevention, and continuous improvement.
Your Profile - 4-5 years of experience as a Manual Testing Analyst or a similar role in software testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coach and mentor fresh graduates.
- Ability to explain complex testing concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and the role of testing within it.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
