About the Role

Lead all aspects of coordinated marketing communications initiatives to support promotion of Premier Agents recruitment strategies for AIA Hong Kong and Macau.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing communication plan to promote agency recruitment, covering through the line promotion, digital and social media marketing, and direct marketing.
  • Formulate a marketing strategy that aligns with our agency recruitment strategies, incorporating value proposition and segmented marketing.
  • Generate innovative ideas and insights to drive marketing campaigns and develop a content strategy focused on targeted segments to enhance recruitment activities.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-department collaboration and agency engagement to ensure campaign success.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are in line with key business objectives and meet regulatory, compliance, and risk standards.
  • Analyze market trends, evaluate competitor campaigns, and measure campaign effectiveness using data analytics.
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure smooth campaign launches and timely delivery.
  • Effectively manage the budget to optimize return on investment from campaigns.
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Marketing & Advertising agencies, preferably in the financial industry or reputable brands.
  • Proven track record in brand marketing, marketing communication, and digital marketing, including social media engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and prioritize business objectives.
  • Hands-on experience in campaign management, project leading, and content management.
  • Proficient in data analytics to derive insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication and ability to effectively manage relationships with various parties.
  • Strong time management and project management abilities.
  • Team-oriented, organized, reliable, dynamic, and adaptable to changes.
