Responsibilities
  • Assist to formulate marketing and sales strategy for BOCHK personal banking, design, plan and implement end-to-end- sales and marketing campaigns in order to acquire customers, increase product usage and cross-selling, as well as strengthen customers relationship with the Bank via efficient sales channel mix
  • Plan and orchestra digital product and digital campaign (Digital Banking, FX, Loan, Mortgage etc.) planning, evaluate business performance and review marketing program efficiency, including examination of the effectiveness of programs, in order to achieve best utilization of resources and maximization of sales and revenue growth
  • Participate to develop brand proposition, drive digital acquisition including mobile account opening, digital usage and customer digital engagement
  • Daily communications and liaison with different stakeholders and third parties including media agency to develop digital campaign strategy and review overall performance regularly
  • To help driving digital development and marketing roadmap including but not limited to digital platforms (website, UI/UX and SEO), digital content, paid media, social media and technology advancement
  • Proactively understand and analyze market trend as well as competitors' business and marketing activities for management reference
  • Create and develop marketing communications materials include but not limited to social contents, eDM, promotions print-outs etc
  • Effectively manage marketing budget and control expenses for every sales and marketing campaign with the use of analyses tools
Requirements
  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
  • At least 6-8 years solid working experience in digital marketing and brand management and content marketing. Working experience in Banking is preferred but not a must
  • A good team player with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken including Putonghua
