Job overview Responsibilities
- To Assist the Senior Relationship Manager in drving sales effort with Japanese institutional and UHNW/HNW clients in Asia
- Coordinate the business development and client servicing efforts
- Manage reporting for the client accounts and assist in compiling presentation materials for internal and external client meetings
- Establish and maintain regular communication with clients
- Coordinate client requests promptly and accurately
- Actively measure and monitor success of client accounts via business plan execution
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned and be responsible for the quality and satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders
- Consistently seek ways to better service clients and improve internal coordination
- Organize and prioritize time and resources to meet goals and expectations
- Work closely with the Head to initiate, lead, and participate in regular CR projects
- Maintain a harmonious and upbeat team spirit
Qualifications
- University Degree(s) preferably in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline;
- Minimum of 2-3years capital markets, sales or related experience with a reputable financial institution;
- Sound knowledge in the financial capital market, strong business acumen and good analytical skill;
- Excellent co-ordination and communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken English and Japanese
