Provide and support Company Secretariat and Board matters and Corporate Governance
Job Responsibilities Provide company secretarial support to the Prudential business including:
- Handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters for the Prudential entities established in Hong Kong
- Arrange and coordinate meetings for the Board and Board-level Committees and trainings for the directors including all necessary logistics
- Draft and prepare all company secretarial documentations including meeting agenda, minutes, board resolutions, delegated authorities, etc.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory filing concerning the Company
- Be the first contact point and work with regional and group company secretaries in relation to corporate information update or internal reporting
- Provide general support to due diligence requests or other company secretarial matters
- Provide pragmatic advice on ad hoc matters concerning corporate governance
- Prepare submissions and handle filings with the Insurance Authority including change of directors, controllers, key persons in control functions
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree holder
- Fellow membership at HKCGI with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Companies Ordinance
- Positive thinking & pleasant personality
- Take ownership. Be professional, responsible and proactive
- Team player and collaborative
- Work independently under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Chinese and English). Basic proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
