Job Descriptions:
- Assist product managers in preparation of user requirements and test plans for proposal illustration system as well as performing system-related user acceptance test.
- Assist product managers to prepare documentation needed to support product development and deployment (e.g. project schedule, policy contracts, product manual, illustration, etc.).
- Work closely with different teams (e.g., Agency, Bancassurance, Life Administration, Information Technology, Actuarial, Marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth product development and implementation processes.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Coordinate and handle product enquiries and special quotations from distribution.
Job Requirements:
- University students in any discipline, candidate with actuarial / insurance background will have advantage
- Prior working experience in a life insurance company within Product Development / Actuarial will also have advantage
- Proactive with good inter-personal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and attentive to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Chinese typing
