The role of Manager Business Solutions & Enablement involves driving business process excellence solutions, in close partnership with a wide range of Finance stakeholders. The purpose of this role includes:
1.Enable Process Optimisation: Partner with Finance practitioners to identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.

Candidate Specifications : Minimum 5 years of experience of Agile automation with one of the following tools: Alteryx (Advanced Certification a plus), Python/R, Tableau OR QlikSense OR PowerBI, SQL, Excel, Power Platform. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must. Good understanding of controls related to operating systems, database platforms, technology processes, and business applications. Proven track record of effective collaboration with stakeholders in specialist and technical roles, including data, and analytics specialists, as well as senior executives. Previous experience(s) in Transformation environments is a plus. Fluent in both spoken and written English is essential. Ability to speak Cantonese, Mandarin, and/or other regional languages proficiently will be a plus. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and initiative in managing competing priorities and requirements while ensuring key objectives are met. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
