The role of Manager Business Solutions & Enablement involves driving business process excellence solutions, in close partnership with a wide range of Finance stakeholders. The purpose of this role includes:
1.Enable Process Optimisation: Partner with Finance practitioners to identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
2.Solution Implementation Support: Provide small scale automation subject matter expertise to support the implementation of Future Finance programme aligned business solutions, ensuring they meet the organization's requirements and objectives.
3.Opportunity Sizing & Prioritisation: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business needs and end user expectations, facilitate opportunity evaluation and ranking
4.Centre of Scale Capability Development: Provide small scale automation subject matter expertise to a team of centre of scale based professionals involved in solution implementation and delivery support, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

This role requires someone with a passion and proven ability in agile automation, process reengineering & change management, within complex, Asia & Africa focused multinational Financial Services companies.

  • Efficiency metrics, such as cycle times or resource utilization rates.

Solution Implementation:

Providing small scale automation subject matter expertise to a wide range of Finance stakeholders, enabling the end-to-end implementation of business solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Measurement
  • Percentage of projects delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Quality metrics such as the number of defects per project or customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Adoption rate of implemented solutions by internal teams and stakeholders.

Opportunity Sizing & Prioritisation

Engage with stakeholders at various levels to understand their requirements, expectations, and feedback, and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise during solution delivery.

  • Number of successful stakeholder meetings or workshops held.
  • Impact of stakeholder engagement efforts on project outcomes, such as reduced scope changes or improved alignment with business goals.

Candidate Specifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience of Agile automation with one of the following tools: Alteryx (Advanced Certification a plus), Python/R, Tableau OR QlikSense OR PowerBI, SQL, Excel, Power Platform. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must. Good understanding of controls related to operating systems, database platforms, technology processes, and business applications. Proven track record of effective collaboration with stakeholders in specialist and technical roles, including data, and analytics specialists, as well as senior executives. Previous experience(s) in Transformation environments is a plus. Fluent in both spoken and written English is essential. Ability to speak Cantonese, Mandarin, and/or other regional languages proficiently will be a plus. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and initiative in managing competing priorities and requirements while ensuring key objectives are met. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
