This role is to assist the development of individual life insurance products to support achievement of the Company's goals including business analysis support, individual life insurance product implementation/project execution and deliver solutions to improve business efficiency, with focus on devising business user stories, testing and verifying solutions on internal systems and digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Execute user acceptance test, document test results and communicate the results to both IT and business users for rectification / verification. Follow up on defects identified during UAT and ensure the defects are resolved in timely manner.
  • Assist in carrying out business impact assessment, facilitate project manager and business users to define system testing scenarios, prepare test cases and expected outputs.
  • Gather business user stories, prepare test plan and test cases according to test scope. Provide business analytical support and assist in identifying areas for improvement for the operation business process.
  • Support project management activities, including project scoping, task scheduling, progress monitoring, issue management and escalation to ensure projects are delivered within timeframe.
  • Prepare implementation materials (including training material and FAQ).
  • Perform post-implementation support (including but not limited to post monitoring support and reporting, issues discussion & resolution and usage enquiry support).

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree holder in any discipline
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in insurance or banking industry
  • Good knowledge of insurance life operations
  • Agile methodology experience is an advantage
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken) including Putonghua
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and organizing skills
  • Logical, numerical sensitive, proactive and attentive to details.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft 365 applications
