Responsibilities:
- Assist in the risk assessment of stocks included in the stock pool, provide analysis and evaluation opinions;
- Continuously monitor and track the stocks in stock pool, provide timely risk alerts based on price fluctuations, industry trends, and negative news about listed companies, and independently analyze feedback from the investment team;
- Lead the quarterly routine review of the stock pool, arrange meeting for the committee's review, and the archiving and maintenance of related meeting materials;
- Responsible for maintaining the stock list in the Bloomberg trading system;
- Track changes in macroeconomic and market conditions, industry policies, etc., and analyze their impact on stocks and portfolios;
- Coordinate with the group or superior on stock investment management policies, risk preferences, risk warnings, etc;
- Coordinate with the investment team to review and improve the internal management framework, processes, methods for stock pool, etc;
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in related fields such as economics, finance, and accounting or other majors;
- Candidates with professional qualification in CFA, FRM or CPA will be an advantage;
- With at least 3-5 years relevant experience from buy-side and/or sell-side institutions;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct thorough research and due diligence on equity investment opportunities;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey investment concepts and strategies;
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Strong network within the financial industry;
- Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint);
- Good command in written and oral English and Chinese including Putonghua.
