Portfolio Manager

The client is an asset manager based in Hong Kong, with $2b AuM deployed in global markets. They are seeking a talented and experienced Portfolio Manager to join the team in Hong Kong. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of investments covering equities in different markets and sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating alpha and managing risk in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary: HK$80k - HK$120k

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement investment strategies for a portfolio of investments
  • Conduct research and analysis on potential investment opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the portfolio
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve investment objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • CFA or other relevant professional designation preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in portfolio management
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a must
