As the Institutional Product Owner / Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing on the strategic roadmap for OSL Digital Securities suite of institutional products and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs, pain points, and requirements of institutional investors in the digital asset space
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, features, and user experiences for our institutional offering
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to launch and continuous improvement
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on institutional crypto products, educating internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and execute on new business development opportunities to acquire and onboard institutional clients
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform our product strategy
  • Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure our institutional product suite meets all regulatory requirements

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable product plans
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products and services for institutional or enterprise clients
  • 5+ years of experience in new product development and product management, or a similar role within the financial services or digital assets industry
  • In-depth understanding of the institutional digital asset ecosystem, including custody, trading, and related services
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including experience working with senior leadership
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements for institutional crypto products
