Responsibilities: Execute all-rounded collection activities, including but not limited to reminder phone calls, for retail lending products. Prepare debt restructuring proposals for customers in need. Liaise with internal and external parties, including but not limited to frontline, law firms, etc. for execution of collection activities. Requirements:

  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
