About the Role Prepare the agency business strategy to drive agency to achieve business target through implementation/ execution of marketing/ incentive initiatives and provide sales support to agency force. Also, to support PAD projects, events & initiatives
Roles and Responsibilities: - Assist Session Head to formula business plan to engage & uplift agency force's proficiencies and to drive their activity andefficiencyy
- Implement and promote PAD strategy, initiatives & events through collaboration with various departments, especially BTDD & ABDD Zone, as well as agency force to achieve business target
- Support agency/ company events from planning to execution
- Prepare and conduct presentation to communicate company / PAD information to agency force
- Supervise agency production progress and follow-up with agency leaders
- Produce regular reports on agency contest and performance for agency and management review
- Provide professional service and support to agency, and liaise with internal departments to resolve complicated issues
- Handle agency enquiries and provide accurate and timely response
- Raise suggestions / improvement ideas on business issues and workflow to drive operating efficiency
Minimum Job Requirements: - Minimum 5 years working experience in financial or insurance industry
- University graduate or above, preferably in Business Management / Marketing / Finance / Economics
- Experience in distribution support or front-line sales is preferable
- Strategical mindset and business focus. Hands on experience in campaign management, project leading and content management.
- Strong people and relationship building skills across internal stakeholders and external partners management
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- A team player, organized, reliable, dynamic and adaptive to changes
Others: - Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/ or other requirements
- You are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities
