About the Role

Run and develop the business traction / relationship with partners in order to increase the sales volume and improve the HNW business opportunities

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Team Leader / Head of Sales to implement business plans and initiatives in accordance to sales critical metrics
  • Strengthen and maintain a good relationship with assigned partners to drive the new initiatives
  • Identify the needs and demands of individual customers to achieve the sale targets
  • Provide all levels of support to partners and internal customers to capture the business opportunities
  • Facilitate partners and TRs for delivery of quality, compliant and consistence business
  • Contribution new insights and provide feedback from partners to ensure AIA driven proposition
  • Handle day-to-day partners related issues to ensure our high level of services standard
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • University / College graduate plus at least 3-5 years relevant experiences
  • Good organizing and leadership skills
  • Good insurance and investment product knowledge
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
  • Proven understanding of MS office applications
  • Acquire relevant licenses if the job involves in regulated activities
