About the Role

Motivate agents sell CS business and meet and exceed sales targets

Roles and Responsibilities:

Agency Activities Management
  • Communicate and build relationship with agents support and push CS (Pensions & IVS) business
  • Communicate and build relationships with agents for business development
  • Stay ahead of market development and deliver key initiatives to agents
  • Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers
  • Provide help desk at agency offices, if applicable
Financial Management
  • Effectively supervise the sales performances of assigned agents to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is met
People Management
  • Provide mentorship and training to support staff
Other Responsibilities
  • Perform any other duties and projects as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • University graduate with minimum 10 years sales experience of which 6-8 years in supervisory/managerial positions
  • Good product knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to lead a project/event independently
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Tactful interpersonal relationship
  • Good presentation and team building skills
  • Self-motivated and customer orientated
  • Preferably IIQE (paper 1, 2, 3 & 4) licensed
Others:
  • You are preferred to acquire the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1,2, and 3) and Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4)
  • You are required to acquire relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities
