About the Role

Drive and lead customized technology solutions for business partners

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Identify the needs of business partners/ segments in terms of operating model & process, regulatory requirements, internal governance & control and corporate compliance
  • Drive internal customers to build the technology solutions tailored with the partners' needs
  • Prioritize and run delivery of technology initiatives for business partners
  • Manage the delivery and performance of those technology initiatives
  • Manage technology incidents with business partners and internal customers from communication, reporting, workaround solution, root cause investigation, recovery actions and preventive actions
  • Identify improvement areas and drive implementation to enable total value proposition
  • Take up ad hoc projects and assignments
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • University/College graduate with 6-8 years' relevant working experiences
  • Solid project management and process improvement experiences
  • Experience on digital platform/ e-commerce/ InsurTech is a plus
  • Strong ownership, proactive and independent
  • Detailed-minded and team-oriented
  • Analytical skills with good MS knowledge including but not limited to Excel
  • Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
