We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide professional and proactive support in talent acquisition and lead HR initiatives surrounding employer branding and talent engagement. As the Senior HR Specialist, you will be supporting the associate and leaders in driving the people agenda and achieving operational excellence. Your expertise will be critical in advising on critical talent decisions that fuel the growth and success of our organization.

What You'll Bring:
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resource management, with at least 3 years in talent acquisition and talent engagement, ideally in a multinational or technology company. Experience in employer branding is highly preferred.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or other business disciplines.
  • Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player, highly organized, detail-oriented with a can-do attitude and the ability to attract and engage candidates and associates.
  • Exceptional computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of ATS (e.g., Workday) is highly preferred.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.

Impact You'll Make:

Talent Acquisition
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of our business, function knowledge and/or technical skills, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
  • Manage the full life cycle of recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, interview arrangement, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Identify high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing, referrals, vendors, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct talent mapping and build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hire.
  • Support the global and local talent acquisition initiatives and projects.

Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
  • Support the employer branding initiatives and projects for APAC regions, working with local marketing and corporate employer branding teams to create a visual library for employer branding purposes.
  • Explore HR industry awards and assist with the write-up and award entries.
  • Research new trends and support the implementation of new initiatives on Employer Branding.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and CSR activities to create a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
  • Engage with talents to attract high performers and retain employees.

Other
  • Maintain the HRIS and other records to ensure employee records are up to date, and work with systems support on issues with the information system to achieve process efficiency.
  • Manage data reporting and analysis in your area of recruitment activities and results, ensuring reliable information for management decision-making
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
