A regional bank in Southeast Asia is seeking high caliber candidate to act as the Chief of Hong Kong Branch.

  • Responsible for the operation activities including but not limited to account opening and maintenance, conduct KYC, remittance, cash management etc. of the Hong Kong Branch
  • Focus on day-to-day branch operations and business transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or process
  • Lead and manage colleagues of the Hong Kong Branch of the Bank to achieve business management goals
  • Serve as a dedicated customer point to deliver quality end to end after-sales services to bank's high net worth customers
  • Full supervisory responsibility of a team, including management of people, performance evaluation, staff coaching and the direction of daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance of the bank's policies and regulatory requirements
